About This Activity
Run For You- Run Fit is an 9 week 5K running training program to prepare all levels of runners who want to complete a 5K. Runners are coached in 2 weekly sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 PM at Run For Your Life Piper Glen, Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life Midtown, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM at University ) with runners of similar ability and pace. This is a fun training program with experienced and inspiring coaches that help members achieve their goals.
Shirts: If this is the first time you have run with Run Fit in 2019 you will get a complimentary Tech workout shirt.
Run Fit training will begin on October 14, 2019 and ends on December 12, 2019
Available Locations Run Fit training programs will be available at two Run For Your Life locations (Dilworth & Piper Glen).
Entry Fees: New Members - $85 Returning Members - $75
