About This Activity
Run For You- Run Fit is an 9 week 5k running training program to prepare all levels of runners who want to complete a 5k. Runners are coached in 2 weekly sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life Piper Glen, Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life Midtown) with runners of similar ability and pace. This is a fun training program with experienced and inspiring coaches that help members achieve their goals. Shirts will be ordered by the end of the second week of the training session. Long sleeve shirts are only available for the winter sessions (Jan-March & Oct-Dec) and short sleeve shirts are only available for summer sessions (March-July & Aug-Oct) Training Schedule Run Fit training will begin on January 8, 2018 and ends on March 8, 2018 Available Locations Run Fit training programs will be available at Run For Your Life locations (Midtown, Piper Glen & University).
