Join Coach Joe G. for an 8-week session focused on sports conditioning with an emphasis on strength training. This is great for those preparing for an upcoming athletic season or who want to get fit and strong. Plan to work hard and push yourself to your limits using ropes, sleds, sandbags, kettlebells, body weight and barbells.
