Join Chelisa Alavedra E-RYT 200 and Elan Schacter (Therapeutic Massage Specialist and Instructor) for an informative workshop on the importance of warming up your joints before you run, cycle, lift weights, rock climb and more through simple sequences from various yoga lineages to increase the circulation to your joints before you start any event.
