Is The Race Course Longer?? NO!
The Race Course has not changed!! We have changed the lengths of the races to reflect the actual race course length. If you have completed the 5K and 10K Ski or Snowshoe in the past, it is the same as you've done before.
Fat Tire Snow Bike Race on Monday, January 19
The Fat Tire Snow Bike Race is scheduled for Monday, January 19th at 9:00 am. Racers need to be in the staging area at the Race Site by 8:45 am
Combined Ski/Snowshoe Racers
**12 K Ski/6K Snowshoe Racers: 12K Ski Mass Start will begin at 10:00 am on Sun. 1/18, followed by the 6K Snowshoe Mass Start at approximately 11:15 am OR an individually timed 6K Snowshoe in the event, you don't complete the 12 K Ski in time to do the Snowshoe mass start.**6K Ski/6K Snowshoe combined Racers: 6K Ski begins at 11:15 am followed by an individually timed 6K Snowshoe.
**Ribbons to all who complete 3 K Rookie Race. 1st & 2nd place medals for Adults and Youth (17 & under) for both Snowshoe and Cross-country ski Rookies.**M/F, 3 Youth Age Divisions, 10 year age categories for 6K & 18K Freestyle races, 6K & 12K Classic Ski Races and 6K Snowshoe Race (including 70+ category), with medals to 1st and 2nd place winners in each age category**Chile Ristras and prizes given to top winners in each race categoryKing & Queen of the Mountain, Prince & Princess of the Mountain **Awards, Wood Ski and Team Awards for 5K Classic Ski Race, Costume Contest for adults and kids
