Plunge Pedal & Plod has been Fit & Able's signature annual event since 1997 and we are glad to be back again for 2016! With four courses there is a challenge for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're new to the sport of a seasoned veteran you will find a course four you! As with all Fit & Able events, the more you race the better swag you get: 2nd Year and 3rd Year participants will get even cooler souvenirs to take home.

Check out photos from last year's Plunge Pedal & Plod!

Fit & Able Productions is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting community and family fitness in Cary since 1997 through organizing creative events and training programs. Our events also help support many programs, such as swim safety lessons for underprivileged children and adults, youth fitness programs, and health education run by our community partners including the Cary Family YMCA, Triangle Aquatic Center, and Town of Cary. Proceeds from our events that aren't designated to support other organizations go to support the event and other Fit & Able nonprofit activities.

We can't wait to see you at Plunge Pedal & Plod!
