* The meet will run on a rolling schedule. Athletes must check in 30 minutes before first event! Announcements will alert athletes to upcoming events.
Race Location: Cary Academy Track. Registration and refreshments are located at the base of the stands. Parking will be available in the school parking lots and restrooms will be available at the field house.
Events: Everyone is welcome to participate! All Fit & Able Productions, Inc. events are inclusion events: anyone of any age, skill-level, or ability can participate in any race! This meet will be hand-timed by a volunteer crew as in a regular TISAC and NCISAA track & field meet; there will not be fully automatic timing for any events. Results for both track and field events will be announced throughout the meet and posted online afterwards. There will be 1st , 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons given in each event and overall meet participant ribbons. Ribbons can be picked up at the registration tent after results are posted. The Pegasus Relays Track Meet is meant to be a fun meet with music playing and fun activities taking place mid-field during events.
Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer will be available at a medical tent located next to the check-in and refreshments tent at the base of the stands during the meet.
Water Stations: Please bring your own water bottles. Water coolers will be available at the track. The field house with the restrooms will also have water fountains.
Check-in: All participants must show a photo ID or be with a guardian with a photo ID in order to check in and sign the USA Track & Field waiver. Athletes must check in for the clinic and meet at least 30 minutes before their first event.
Race Souvenirs: Pegasus Relays performance tech t-shirts will be available for $15 and cotton t-shirts in blue and beige will be available for $10 (while supplies last).
Equipment: Limited track and field equipment will be available for participants to use. To ensure proper and adequate equipment athletes should bring their own blocks, batons, shot put, discus, etc. All weighted implements must meet age standard and be available for all athletes to use.
Online registration closes on March 17th at 9 PM. Cash and checks are accepted at meet day registration. Meet day registration ends at 11 AM for final event roster.
Until February 15th: $25 person for up to 4 events + $5 for each additional event
Until March 17th: $30 per person for up to 4 events + $5 for each additional event
On Meet Day March 18thth: $35 per person for up to 4 events + $5 for each additional event
1 Hour Pre-meet Clinic: $10 (limited places)
The pre-meet clinic will teach the basics of shot put, discus, long jump, and triple jump.

Fit & Able Productions is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting community and family fitness in Cary since 1997 through organizing creative events and training programs. We also support many programs, such as swim safety lessons for underprivileged children and adults, youth fitness programs, and health education run by our community partners including the Cary Family YMCA, Triangle Aquatic Center, and Town of Cary. Proceeds from our events that aren't designated to support other organizations go to support the event and other Fit & Able nonprofit activities.
