If you are looking to go faster in your next short course triathlon (sprint or olympic distance) here is your opportunity to learn from someone who has competed and coached at the highest levels of the sport. The Short Course Triathlon Secrets of Speed workshop will be led Siri Lindley, a 2x ITU World Champion, former #1 female triathlete (2001, 2002) and arguably one of the greatest triathlon coaches in the world.

Event schedule and times
This 60 minute workshop begins at 3:00pm and takes place in the Media Room on the 1st floor of MIT's Zesiger Sports & Fitness Center. This workshop is part of many being offered at the TRI-MANIA Summit and Expo which also features a informative seminars, training clinics, other workshops, a vendor expo and more.
ABOUT SIRI LINDLEY: A 2x International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Champion and the #1 ranked female trathlete in 2001 and 2002, Lindley has gone on to coach a who’s who of professional triathletes from around the globe to world championship titles including IRONMAN World Champions Mirinda Carfrae (2010, 2013) and Leanda Cave (2012). She currently coaches many IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3 and Olympic distance champions including Yvonne Van Vlerken, Mary Beth Ellis, Rebekah Keat, Jodie Swallow, Hillary Biscay and Chris Foster. Former coached athletes of Siri’s include Luke McKenzie, Kate Major, Magali Tisseyre, David Kahn, Sam Warriner and Sarah Groff. She was also coach to the only American to win an Olympic medal in triathlon, helping Susan Williams take bronze in Athens in 2004. As owner and head coach of Sirius Athletes, Lindley works with a select squad of professional athletes from her base in Boulder, CO and around the world. She was also a color commentator for NBC Sport’s Olympic Games coverage of Triathlon in Athens and Beijing and made Inside Triathlon magazine’s "10 Most Influential People in Triathlon" 2013 list.
