About This Activity

June 14, 2014 marks the “Anyone Can Tri” YMCA Triathlon fundraiser at the Y. This is the second annual super sprint Triathlon where we will have kids of all ages with age groups 10-15 and 9 & under plus an adult group.

The distances are designed to encourage people of all ages and fitness levels to participate whether it’s their first time or another notch in the belt. The swimming will be held in our 6 lane, 25 meter indoor pool and the bike and run take place outdoors. Everything is on campus inside the YMCA and Baker College parking lots with the exception of the adult bike route.

The event will start at 9am on Saturday, June 14 with the adult swim, bike, run and the kids will start at 10:30am. T-shirts go to everyone registering before the June 3. Awards for top overall male and female triathletes and for ALL youth participants.

“Anyone Can Tri” YMCA Triathlon will raise money for the YMCA annual fundraising campaign. This campaign provides funds to allow people who cannot afford the YMCA to be a part of the Y’s programs and services for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
