About This Activity

The Hotter than Hell 5K is a fundraiser event that will consist of a 3.1 mile run/walk, starting at Rocky Creek Volunteer Fire Department, down scenic Longpoint Road and back. This event is hosted by a non-profit organization, Rocky Creek Volunteer Fire Department, who strives to offer fire protection and search and rescue services to the Rocky Creek Community and Washington County. This event is a family oriented event,  an event for participants of all ages, and activity levels.
Proceeds from this event will be used for fire department improvement projects, to enhance the training of our volunteer firefighters, to purchase new fire equipment and personal protective equipment gear for our firefighters when needed. Rocky Creek Volunteer Fire Department is excited to bring the Hotter than Hell 5K run/walk event to you.

Event details and schedule

The race will start at 8am, on the day of the event, traveling from the Fire Department down Longpoint Road, to Rehburg Road, and back! Please arrive approximately 30 minutes to an hour early, to give time to park and complete registration. There will be parking available, on site, so arrive early!! We will have waivers on location, if you are choosing to register the day of the event. Registration Package pickup, prior to the event, will be at Brenham Veterinary Hospital, located at 2455 Hwy 290 W, in Brenham, TX (77833), on Friday September 23rd, from 4pm-7pm. This is a 5K event, so please dress accordingly, the temperatures will still be up, so be sure to come hydrated, and ready to go! There will be water stations, on site, as well. Please note that Day of Registrations and Late Registrations are not guaranteed a T-shirt.
