About This Activity

Miana was a 14 year old freshman at Musselman High School who was killed when she walked in on a burglary of her home. This 5K event benefits the scholarship created in her memory. She lived her life in a positive way and giving back to the community is how her memory is being kept alive. Your participation is appreciated and will benefit a young lady graduating from Musselman High School.

The course is on asphalt, grass, gravel and is mostly flat (some gently rolling places)  It will go around three of the schools and end on the school track for the final lap. When you enter the stadium, you will get be finishing in an atmosphere of cheering spectators and music.

There will be announcements made before the race with details.  There will be prizes for trivia questions, door prizes, music, plenty of food, raffles (bring some extra cash), prizes for overall top finishers and medals for age group winners.  Chip timing will be used. There will volunteers to assist with parking.  Breakfast and tshirts will be included in the price of entry in this fun event!!

There will be a bag check for participants.
