About This Activity

Come join us at Running Lab on May 29th as Saucony presents the Treadmill Challenge!

Find your Strong with the Saucony Treadmill Challenge.  Participants will have 5 minutes to run on a treadmill at 10% incline to see how much distance they can cover to earn some great prizes from Saucony or just test your limits!  Challenge has to be done wearing the new Saucony Kinvara 6 or another Saucony shoe (which we will provide as a demo to run in).  Participants will have a 1 minute warmup on the treadmill before their 5 minutes officially begins.

**New Rules for this Year**

1. Participant MUST complete the full 5 minutes in order for their distance to count.

2. During your 5 minutes of competition you will no longer be able to use the grab bars on the treadmill to pull yourself forward or assist you in any way.  This even applies to when you are changing your speed up or down during the 5 minutes.

3.  You must clip on the emergency shut off safety clip to your body in the event of an emergency where you need to stop the treadmill suddenly.  There are no exceptions here.  This is for your safety and liability for Running Lab.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 4 in each gender.

First Place - FREE pair of Saucony Shoes (based on availability)

Second and Third Places - Saucony Apparel

Fourth Place - Free Gym Membership to Hamburg Fitness for One Month

Please register for a desired hour block for your start time.  Start times will be allocated closer to the event and we will email your approximate start time.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to check in.  Cost is FREE!

If event is full we will open up a standby list for participants and allocate time slots to the person at the top of the list as cancellations come in.  We can only accomodate roughly 68 people for the event as we only have two treadmills and everyone needs to be on the treadmill for a certain amount of time.

Please send all questions or concerns to ken@runninglabstore.com
