About This Activity
Join us at the Shepaug Run-Raiser in lovely Bridgewater, CT as part of the New York Adventure Racing Association's Trail Series. Why the Run-Raiser? To benefit the Shepaug Baseball and Softball program (shepaugbaseballsoftball.com) so the kids can have a great experience!
There are four distances to choose from:
10K, 25K, 50K and 50 Miler
Course: The course will include majestic trails thru Bridgewater and Roxbury's back country with just enough road running to keep things interesting. The trails do range from old railroad beds and roads to sections of watch your ankles.
Elevation gains are about 3750' for the 25K and 50K, about 5600' for the 50 miler, and about 650' for the 10K
Trails will be marked with tape and directional signage. You will be responsible for following the course.
Schedule of Events:
6:30 am- Registration Opens
7:00 am - 50 Miler and 50K Race Begins
8:00 am - 25K Race Begins
9:00 am -10K Race Begins
Aid Stations: There are no aid stations for the 10K. Please come equipped with water bottles or camelback hydration system. The 50K will have an aid station at 12.5k (8mi), 26.25k* (16.25mi*), 38.75k (24mi). The 50 miler will have them at the 9 mile mark, 17.5 miles*, 25.25 mi, 34 miles*, and 41.5 miles.
Drop Bags: Drop bags and/or vehicle access for the 50K and 50 miler will be at the aid stations above indicated by a *.

25K Run - $50
50K Run - $100
50 Miler Run - $100
No price increases BUT there will be $10 added to the above pricing for race day registration (Please let us know if you are coming so we get enough snacks/food).
Cut offs - The course will close promptly at 7 pm.
Refunds: NO REFUNDS AFTER FEBRUARY 28.
Awards: Top three male and top three female in each distance. Plus, age group awards for each category.
