Welcome to the 3rd Annual Coach Rae Ann's Wicked Awesome Summer Running Camp!
Improve your speed, agility, strength, endurance, form, core strength, confidence, flexibility, and overall fitness.

Perfect for cross country, volleyball, soccer, basketball, track & field, road racing - any sport that involves running!

Camp is open to anyone age 11 and up - boys and girls, adults and teens, all fitness levels - beginner to advanced.

Tuesday, July 25, 2017 to Saturday, July 29, 2017 - 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. each day
Meet at the amphitheater at G.T. Bray Park, 2900 51st St W, Bradenton, FL 34209.

$100 for the week includes camp t-shirt, dynamic warm up, form drills, speed & agility ladder work, workouts based on each individual’s current fitness level, proper cool down and stretching, core strength, and more. Each day will be different. Build your speed, stamina, and confidence!

Please bring a water bottle and large towel or mat for strength and flexibility work. Be dressed to run.

Coach Rae Ann Darling Reed is a certified running coach with certifications in USA Track & Field Level 2 Endurance, RRCA Long Distance Running, and CPR & First Aid. She is one of only three USATF Level 2 coaches in the Manatee/Sarasota area and the only one in Manatee County. Coach Rae Ann has been a member of the national Brooks Inspire Daily Program since 2011 as both an athlete and coach. She has over 33 years of running experience in cross country, track, and road racing, including 27 marathons and one ultra. Currently she coaches cross country and track at Manatee High School and coaches adults of all ages individually and in small groups.
