About This Activity

12 personal training sessions for adults. This program is geared towards general health and fitness, basic strength and conditioning, and basic endurance.  May include strength, power, flexibility, speed development or endurance running. This is designed for Non-Athletes.  Schedule to be worked out with a personal coach. 14 weeks are allowed to complete 12 sessions. Athletes will work with Ric Rojas and/or Heather Biglow.
