About This Activity

The Catalyst Program is recommended for “in-season” high school cross country runners or for sprinters, jumpers, or hurdlers. Ten (10) - 60 minute weekly “sports training” sessions on Sunday at 2:30pm plus training sessions on Tuesdays (4:30-5:30, South Boulder), Thursdays (6-7pm, Boulder Futsal), and Sundays (12-1pm, Fairview High School Track). September 2nd - Sunday, November 16th.
