8 Week Beginner or Restart Training Program. Kick off walk/bagel social on 8/24. Training begins 8/26 - Coached/ mentored runs on Monday night 7pm, Thursday morning 6am and Saturday morning with social after run time TBD. Or use the plan to fill in what you cannot make in person. We have motivated Run Coaches who want to inspire and help you- this was their idea! Alternate walk/run to get training base. Goody bags from sponsors, Designed shirts just for this group. Target race is Every Boob Counts on October 19th. We will have a tent there. Race not included.
