Once a year we get together to conduct a brief bit of business that includes election of officers and award presentations. After the formalities, the real party begins as we enjoy good friends in a casual atmosphere that doesn't involve running clothes or sweat. Well, there may be some sweat on the dance floor.

Presentation of the Dr. Arthur Black/Rick Melanson Annual Service Award This is our oldest award and is given to the most outstanding club member over the past year for continued outstanding leadership and service to the BTC.
Presentation of the Randy Johnson/Danny Haralson Annual Service Award This is given to a "newer" member who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and freely given of his or her time in a volunteering capacity in ways that help further the mission of the BTC.

6:30 Bar Opens Each registered person over 21 years old receives 2 drink tickets. Drinks include several draft options and a Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir. Additional drinks are available for purchase.
7:00 Food Line Opens Plenty of good food for all registered participants
