About This Activity

The Big Bear MTB Gran Fondo will challenge riders to their limits during a scenic tour of the San Bernardino National Forest above beautiful Big Bear Lake.

The Terrible 10,000 will offer 100k of fire so much single track that you will beg for a fire road, with over 10,000 feet of climbing.  Course goes from the Village of Big Bear Lake over the ridgeline and almost to the bottom of the mountain before returning to the Start/Finish area.  This ride is not for the faint of heart...must be very experienced rider and willing to suffer!  Many have tried; only a few have succeeded!  Belt buckles will be presented to the first 100 riders to finish the 100k Terrible 10,000 or Grizzly 100.

Over the Top will cross over the ridgeline with scenic views of San Gorgonio and Big Bear Lake.  Steep single track and minimal fire roads.  Expierenced riders only.

For the mountain bike enthusiast, who just isn't quite ready for massive elevation gains, the Skyline ride will take you up to the ridgeline and across the top of the mountains above Big Bear Lake.  This is a perfect ride for intermediate riders.

The Skyview features the Snow Summit Sky Chair (included in registration).  Take your bike along on the chair to the top of the mountain.  Beautiful scenery and perfect for your low-intermediate rider who just doesn't want to climb.
