If you raced at the Shenanduro the past 2 years, then you know what a good time it is! If you haven't, now's the time to join us for this day of endurance trail running and/or mountain biking, camaraderie, chilling with your teammates, pop-up tent city, cooking out, and maybe getting muddy. This multi-sport weekend will have you running and riding on some of the best trails in Virginia. Test your endurance by taking on a 5K, 10K or half marathon trail run and/or a 6- or 9-hour mountain bike course. You can do one discipline or two, and you can mix and match short and long distances if you like. Depending on your stamina, taste for adventure, and skill level, the choice is yours.
