Proceeds to Purchase
Archery Equipment
In 2010, the Circle School District
purchased a set of archery equipment as
part of a legislative backed initiative.
Financial support is now needed to
update the equipment and purchase
additional archery sets.
All Circle District PE teachers are
certified by the State to teach Archery.
The equipment is designed for all 4th-12th
grade students. Each student uses
identical bow, arrows and learns to shoot
at close distances that guarantee success.
Circle has been involved with the
National Archery in the School Program
(NASP) since 2010. NASP is a nationwide
program designed to promote archery
among today’s youth. This program is
also designed to motivate kids to learn
more outdoor influenced skills. Natural
resource professionals are convinced that
students who learn target shooting skills
will not only develop positive character
traits, they will also build self-reliance
NASP is designed to be at or above state
and national curriculum standards.
Archery is a safe lifetime skill. This
program is designed to reach all students
