About This Activity

The Bend Memorial Clinic Cascade Cycling Classic is the longest running professional stage race in the nation.  It attracts the largest Pro Women and Pro Men’s field of any other NRC race in the nation.  While so many road races have folded across the country, the Bend Memorial Clinic Cascade Cycling Classic continues to grow and attract the best riders in the country.

The stages have all been thoughtfully designed so that all skill sets can thrive.  Sprinters and climbers have an equal chance in doing very well at this race.  Not only is the race inviting for all levels, it happens to be one of the most scenic and diversified landscapes in North America.  Cyclists will get the chance to ride through volcanic lava flows, pristine wilderness, mountain lakes, steep river canyons, giant volcanic rock formations and rural farmland.  The Three Sisters Peaks that exceed 10,000 feet in elevation, provide the backdrop each day.
