About This Activity

The 1st annual High Point High School PTSA 5K takes place on a scenic route during the height of spring.   It starts at the Beltsville Community Center, heading up Little Paint Branch Tail where it meets Montgomery Road, head down Montgomery Rd. towards Sellman Road, take a right onto Sellman road and head back to the Beltsville Community Center.  There is one major hill and a few curves as the course loops in and out of Paintbranch park.   You finish the last half mile running down a hill,  taking a right on a path lined with trees.  The event also includes a t-shirt, post-race goodie bag, and festival complete with live music and vendors.
All proceeds go towards a college scholarship fund that  1-3 recipients will recieve at the end of the 2015 year.  The scholarship will help fund a students transition from high school to college.
Come support the Beltsville community, healthy living, and higher education.
