About This Activity

For triathlon newbies just testing the waters or seasoned athletes pushing their limits, this is the event for you!  A super sprint, indoor triathlon. 10 minute swim in 25 meter salt water pool, 10 minute transition (T1) to 30 minute indoor bike on Keiser M3 bikes, 5 minute transition (T2) to 20 minute treadmill run, jog or walk.  60 minutes of fun and all for a great cause-ALL proceeds go to our local Chesapeake Cancer Alliance to fight prostate cancer.  You will not find a more user friendly triathlon than this one, start the year off right! Register between 1/1/16 and 1/31/16 and receive a free event t-shirt, with our awesome new Time to Tri logo

Event details and schedule

Please check in at the Arena Club downstairs lobby area at least 15 minutes prior to your wave's start time.  You will be allowed in your lane to warm up prior to the start of your wave. Bring a towel, clothes to bike/run in, shoes to bike/run in, hydration and nutrition if necessary.  A swim cap and goggles are recommended.  An ipod with an upbeat playlist and earbuds or headphones are a great idea.
