The Beaver Volunteer Fire Department 5K/10K Race is the longest continual and most attended organized race in Beaver County.
One visit to the Borough of Beaver and you’ll see why! Our scenic town boasts broad, tree-lined streets, thriving downtown, and lots of public parks. Beaver is on the National Register of Historic Places and it is named as a “Tree City USA”.
A long stretch of the race course overlooks the majestic Ohio River. Beaver Volunteer Fire Department has been proud to co-sponsor with Heritage Valley Health Systems for the past 18 years.

The annual race/walk is Beaver County’s premier race event and uses a scenic route through the historic neighborhoods of Beaver PA.
All intersections are manned by police, fire fighters, and community volunteers to avoid problems between cars and race participants. For safety reasons, dogs are not permitted.
The 10K race will begin promptly at 8:00am, followed by the 5K race at 9:00am.
