About This Activity
We will be running on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with an option to run at 6am or 6pm during the Mon/Thurs session, and the Saturday session at 7am. Additionally, we will have two days of strength and conditioning training in the gym on Tuesdays and Fridays, which can be done during any class time throughout the day. Camp will last for a total of 12 weeks, with a week off spread around the holidays.
