Run or Walk
About This Activity
What's better way to spend a beautiful, crisp fall Barrington morning than running along the streets of downtown Barrington?
Join us for the 3rd annual Chili Dump Run! A 5k run and fun walk. The race will begin and end in downtown Barrington and will wind up and down the streets, with many marvelous views to see along the way!
2016 race proceeds will benefit Misericordia, a home with support services for people with developmental disabilities, located at 6300 N. Ridge in Chicago. Misericordia is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation providing help for those in need since 1921.
Our good friend, Alex Bronton (18), former resident of Lake Barrington Shores and a BMS- Station graduate, is currently living at the Misericordia complex. Alex is our inspiration for this 5k fundraiser.

If you are able to stay longer after the race – please join us and bring some of your own fav chili and/or a dish to pass for the Chili Dump & auction after the race. It’s always a fun time – come and get to know your fellow runners!
