About This Activity
This 6 week program led by Ironman Dr. Tekemia Dorsey is designed for families of at least 2 -3 (including kids) that want to become active, get healthy and to combat obesity in their family. Together we can overcome everything the world throws at us, one step at a time.
Good luck and just know you are building a community of support and a long lasting step towards overall success.
Event details and schedule
Wear loose "weather fitting" clothing, bring a posiive attitude, a winning spirit, a hat or sun visor, and plenty of fluids. Oh and don't forget your teammates, remember "It's a Family Thing!" - individuals will not understand it.
Please arrive no later than 6:50 am and we will be done by 7:45 am.
