CERTIFIED COURSE: The 2015 Brookhaven Bolt 5k is a USATF certified (Course # GA12019WC).

COME ONE, COME ALL: Bring your families out and stick around to enjoy the festival taking place in beautiful Brookhaven, GA. The race runs through scenic Ashford Park. Plus, you'll enjoy being encouraged by our many cheering spectators through the tree-lined streets.

Event details and schedule

SHIRTS: We will be giving GENDER-SPECIFIC, FITTED tees for all participants.
As a courtesy and a reminder as we want all participants happy with their shirt: PLEASE NOTE: the Women’s style is more fitted &we recommend wearing at least one size larger than your normal shirt size.  We CANNOT swap sizes at packet pick up.
AGAIN, THE FEMALE SHIRTS RUN SMALL AS THEY ARE GENDER-SPECIFIC & ATHLETIC CUT!!! WE CANNOT MAKE EXCHANGES!!

If you would prefer a less fitted cut, women may order a men’s shirt instead.

Make sure to show up to packet pick-up on Friday at Big Peach Running Co in Town Brookhaven or on race day to guarantee your shirt as well as to receive your race number and race bag!

PRIZES: Brookhaven Bolt 5k will be providing prizes & medals to age group and overall winners during the post-race festivities.

PROCEEDS: 100% of the event proceeds will go directly to Ashford Park Elementary School, a shining example of the growth and progress that DeKalb County elementary schools can boast of, especially when the local community as well as generous corporate partners provide support and backing.

WALKERS/STROLLERS: Walkers and strollers are welcome! Runners will begin at 8:00am, while walkers and strollers will start at 8:05am.
