About This Activity
Join us for a fun, free, informal 10K race to kickoff spring marathon training season! We're running this 10K (6.2 mile) route as a check-in to see where we are pace- and conditioning-wise prior to gearing up for spring races. If you are thinking of running Glass City, a 17-week training plan starts December 29th; a 20-week training plan for Cleveland would start first week in January. This is timed to get us motivated for our training plans after a more laid-back holiday running schedule.
This is informal and there will be no race support, except that we'll bring course maps and maybe we'll drop some leftover Christmas cookies at random intervals. It would be great if the early finishers would stick around to cheer in the later finishers. There's no cut-off time and runners at every pace are welcome.
