Injury prevention and optimal performance are two of the main goals for an endurance athlete. For most triathletes the hardest part of the entire race is getting in the water and swimming fast. "Swimming and Shoulder Flexibility" is presented by Dr. Brenda Shaeffer PT, DPT. She has worked with hundreds of swimmers and triathletes helping them to stay healthy and increase their performance by teaching simple exercises to enhance shoulder stability and flexibility.
