About This Activity

Core Foundations literally lays the foundation of core stability to help prevent injury and improve your bodies efficiency while moving. You will why core strength and stability is important for anyone and how to build it without hurting yourself. Core Foundations is taught by alternating National Academy of Sports Medicine certified exercise specialists who have at least a bachelors degree in kinesiology.
