Earl Wenk from Arbor Wellness has worked with the full spectrum of athletes, from the Olympic medalist to the first time 5k runner. Earl will cover some of the most common running form flaws he sees with runners and give you some exercises and stretches to help you either overcome them or keep them from happening. You will "run" away from this clinic with a few things to add to your running toolbox of tricks to keep you running strong and healthy.
