About This Activity
Men's Division: 20 sit-ups and 20 burpees followed by a 1-mile run returning to UCT Direct Fitness gym where 20 pull-ups and 20 push-ups will be completed, followed by a 1-mile run returning to UCT Direct Fitness where 20 jump squats and 20 chin-ups will be completed, followed by a 1-mile run returning to UCT Direct Fitness crossing the finish line to conclude the event.
Women's Division: Same as men's division except 10 pull-ups and 10 chin-ups will be performed. All other movements will be 20 reps.
Event schedule and times
Men's Division START TIME: 8:00 a.m.
Women's Division START TIME: 10:00 a.m.
Packet pick-up at UCT Direct Fitness on Saturday, May 17, 2014 - 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 18, 2014, 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
