About This Activity

This event is the 5K National Championship for Native Americans, Alaska Natives & First Nations people of Canada.

The race course is considerd to be one of the fastest 5K events at altitude.  Over the past 3 years, 8 state age records have been set on this course that has a net altitude gain of 13 feet.  The race course is certificed and santioned by the USATF.

Our event features several Native culturial activities, one being a traditional Pueblo throw, which is open to all participants and family in attendance.

The Open Community run is open to all participants without any restrictions.

1 & 2 Mile Fitness Walk        7:45 a.m.

5K Runs (All Divisions)          8:15 a.m.

1K Youth Run                       9:15 a.m.

Toddler 300 meter dash       9:30 a.m.

Honoring of Individuals         9:45 a.m.

Awards                             10:00 a.m.

Traditional Pueblo Throw   11:00 a.m.

(Public is invited to all cultural events)


Early packet pick up and late registration at Bosque Running Shop on Friday, June 27, from 10am - 7pm


Race Day registration and packet pick up at SIPI gym starting at 6:30 am. 

Registration ends 30 minutes prior to each event. NO EXCEPTIONS
