About This Activity

Incredible Trail runs in the Sandia foothills. The half marathon starts at 7:30 AM,
and the 10k at 8:00AM. The beautiful course (if you can look around:) starts by the Sandia Tram (the tram starts the race!)  Both finish at County Line BBQ. The courses are out and back with a small loop on the 10k, and large loop on the ½ marathon, all on the U.S. Forest Service trail area of the Sandia Foothills with beautiful views. Awards to overall 1st female and male, and 10 year age groups 1,2,& 3 placings.

All runners recieve a custom tech tee (5th year!)and County Line Breakfast Burritos (regular or VEGAN)


We'll also have massage, music and some good schwagg from Heart & Sole, Tri Sport Coaching and our other sponsors for the runners at the finish!


The event is powered by KZRR 94 Rock and Tri Sport Coaching.

Portion of Proceeds will be donated directly to the

UNM Ski Team thru UNM LOBO Club.

Registration for the 1/2 closes at 400 entries & 110 for the 10k

No raceday registrations unless you give us an incredibly large donation to the UNM Ski Team!

One meal ticket & race tech tee for each runner is included in the registration fee. $8 for additional meal tickets (regular or VEGAN breakfast burritos, select one).

(Highly recommended to pick up day before to avoid raceday lines)

• Sunday raceday September 14th starting at 6:30am outside County Line BBQ.
Race Location & Parking and Shuttles
• Directions & Parking: From I-25 take Tramway Blvd. 4 miles east  to three way top,straight thru 100 feet and turn east into to parking at County Line BBQ or 100 yards east to Outpost Ice Arena. Car pooling HIGHLY recommended.

Bus Shuttle running from County Line 6:45 to 8am to Race Start
• Race Start:Sandia PeakTram 7:30am 1/2 marathon, 8am 10k
• Race Finish:County Line BBQ.

Aid stations approximately each 2 miles on both courses with water, sports drink and gels. We WILL NEVER run short on water or sports drink, but cannot always promise enough gels for all - (some of you eat ALOT!)
