Introducing the Sweat Sassy Slimdown Workouts! Start your morning and weekend right with this fun filled calorie blasting workout!
These workouts will be held outdoors in the fresh crip air of Washington Park in Albany, NY. It will be approx. 60 minutes in length and will be sure to get your heart pumping! This workout involves a high intensity mix of cardio, weights and body resistance to maximize fat blasting! All ages and abilities are welcome since there are ability variations to each exercise! Classes are max 10 people which allows the personal trainer to focus on individuals abilities and insure proper form.
Event schedule and times
Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to set up and begin stretching. Also bring adequate water, appropriate footwear (sneakers) to workout in and comfortable clothing.
