WE START 4-7-21 Boost your running with NCC Track Club's speed workouts every Wednesday at 6:15 PM. Due to Spring Semester COVID19 restrictions at the College, we will be running at the Lincoln Greenway (https://goo.gl/maps/sAu4qBmXq7rHzEGq7), which we call "the Park." The Park is a 1/2 grass loop. We do interval training, a proven way to improve at any distance. Total workout distance is usually 3 miles, sometimes up to 4 miles by end of season.
We have runners with a range of ability levels. The club breaks down into 2 or 3 groups by fitness/speed. Running with your group will help you push yourself!
Try us a few times, no commitment. Membership is only $20 per year, plus you must join USA Track & Field as a member to get insurance coverage required by the college.
You do NOT need to be a alum of the college track team to join! All runners are welcome!
